I like the fact that you have a BMW trained technician and you use parts and fluids that meet BMW specs. That is important to me. Also you are local, which is a bonus. Very friendly staff made dealing with you a pleasure. Prices were reasonable by BMW repair standards.

Thanks for trusting us with your baby. Those brake hoses were a little scary!. Looking forward to helping you keep her safe and on the road for years to come.

We can always trust Robert & his staff to help us out with our cars. They are good about suggesting what the next thing might be & are honest about what expected prices or how long things can wait & when they can't. Everyone in their garage & office is friendly.

Glad to be of service Jennica.

As a female senior citizen it is reassuring to know I can always count on the personnel at R&N Motors to service my vehicle in, what I might consider an emergency, a timely manner. Robert, in particular, explains everything in a clear manner.

You are a pleasure to work with, Mrs. Parrish.
