Weve been taking our vehicles to R&N Motors since 2015. Their service has always been excellent. Recently I had some issues with my truck, but misdiagnosed the problem, and the problems still persisted, so I took my truck to R&N, and within a very short period of time, their professionals had already diagnosed the problem and called me back with their findings and some options to get them resolved. In my humble opinion, when you find a car maintenance business like R&N, you can do no better. Theyve been in business for a long time, and they do top quality work, and they work with honesty and integrity, so Ill continue to take my vehicles to them because theyve always done right by me.

My neighbor recommended R & N because my normal place of repair for my Buick was less than helpful after my many years of buying our automobiles from them. I was told the GM parts I needed were no longer available & I could look on line & if I found them, they would put them on, but there wouldn't be any warranty. They didn't even attempt to see if they could get them somewhere else. Anyway, I called R&N & they gave me an appt. to reevaluate the problem. They kept my car a couple of days & drove it during those days & couldn't find anything wrong. They were able to find the parts I was told I needed, but after two days of evaluation they determined I didn't need them. Nothing was wrong with the car. R&N was thorough, helpful, polite, honest, & I plan on using them for other service & maintenance needs for my Buick.

I was very satisfied with service I got. I was given an estimate on the time it would take, and the time was less than estimated. I got a call quoting the charge for which I gave my ok and I was able to pick up my car that day. The staff was very pleasant.

They do a good job at a fair price and they Will give you an estimate before doing any work on your vehicle. As far as a good mechanic goes, this is as much as you can ask for.

My Brake light was out on my MB ML350. I went early in the am and they were booked solid. They worked me in and I was out of there in 15mins. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend. Thank you.
