Robert and his staff were amazing! They were able to assist us in diagnosing our trucks issue and resolving it very quickly! They were kind and fit us into their busy day before a holiday. They were also informative and ensured we were comfortable with the work needing g to be done before starting and also on ensuring we understood the parts warranty information before leaving. I will definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends looking for service in the area!!

I moved to NC from Colorado just over a year ago. The owners were super helpful and Sharon gave me several addresses and emails for things of use around the area including where to get my North Carolina license plate. Being from rural Colorado, I had never had to do an inspection as part of renewing my registration. As soon as I got the renewal letter, I knew I would get the inspection done at R&N and I passed with flying colors. Thanks to Robert, Sharon and the rest of the crew at R&N!
