I always have rave reviews for this shop. They take special care of what I bring the car in for Plus let me know What else I need to take a look at. That’s important to me because I take care car.

The work on my car was well done and the price is always fair, honest. The courteous staff has never tried to talk me into repairs I didn't need or charged me for work not done. My car has always run better after the mechanics at R&N worked on it. I have recommended their excellent service to my friends. It is often hard for a single woman to find honest, caring help, so I am lucky to have found this family owned business that will help me keep my car running in great condition.

We have been using R&N Motors since we moved to NC a few years ago and I can honestly say there's no one else I'd trust my cars with now. They always go above and beyond, even securing me a same-day tire at another shop since they didn't have one in stock and they cared more about our safety than selling a tire service. I tell anyone who'll listen to bring their vehicles here.

I had a popping noise coming from my car. It was the cabin filter and the fan blower motor. That solved the problem with the noise and also made the heat/AC fan work properly. The technicians were very courteous and showed me exactly what was wrong.

First time customer and I was very pleased with the service and the friendliness of the staff. I will be using them for all my car maintenance needs. Where others have attempted to do ‘extra’ or unnecessary work, these folks are honest and fair.

Friendly and efficient staff

I had my oil changed today after being recommended to R&N by my company (they perform fleet maintenance and repairs on our vehicles). I dropped my car off before their opening time and was informed less than 15 minutes after they opened that my car would be done within 2 hours. I worked in the car business for several years and applaud R&N and their staff for the service provided. Even for a basic oil change, I feel that they went above and beyond my requests. The staff were friendly, the wait area was very clean, and they clearly had a good team put together. Thank you!!
