9/10/2020 UPDATE: I continually experience curteous, well-informed, professional service with R&N. I can't imagine going elsewhere. Top notch, professional, and thorough. Godly folks committed to quality and timely service. I have little to no work ever needing to be done on my vehicles besides the annual/3-5k check ups and inspections BECAUSE I have it serviced here.

Excellent diagnostics on steering issue. Communication was also excellent. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was fair. I will definitely use R&N for any repair needs in the future. Very friendly staff.

The service at R & N is always great. Even if my brain is making up noises, they patiently listen, look for the problem, and verify it isn't there or tell me how they are going to fix it. Most importantly, I never leave thinking I had my time or my money wasted. I always recommend R & N when someone is looking for competent mechanics.

Sent my daughter to R & N for tires and complete new suspension all the way around and an alignment for a 2000 Corolla we gave her. Did excellent work in a timely manner. Plan on taking that same car back for some A.C. work next week. They have a great reputation as being able to fix most anything on nearly any vehicle at a fair price.
