This is my first use of R&N. They were recommended by AAA when I had an on the road failure. R&N was clear in their communications, performed a good diagnostic, and prompt in making the repair which turned out to only be broken wiring. The cost was also very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.

The guys at the shop went above and beyond to fix my truck and deal with the warranty company to get the services paid for. I will gladly use them next time I'm in need and will highly recommend them for repair needs. Robert goes to bat for the customer and is honest about what needs to be fixed verses trying to up sale the customer.

What a wonderful experience I had there! I was nervous bc I needed brakes, and my experience in life in dealing with auto shops I was concerned that they were going to find 'extra' things wrong with not only my brakes but anything else. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved with the professionalism and care given to me. The whole atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend R@N! I will be back!
