Would of given 5 stars but the turn-around time cost ya'll a star. Otherwise my Rav runs great since I got her back. Check engine light is no where to be seen. Thumbs up for that!

Although my repair was simple, the guys at R & N were able to take me on very short notice (30 minutes before closing) and do a very good job. They were very courteous and highly professional in the work that they did.

Your tech. left his prints on the edge of the hood. I would have been nice if he had wiped it off.

I am very sorry about the handprint. We stirve to be better than that. Fridays can be crazy and it must have been overlooked. Please come by our shop for a Carwash coupon at Champions on us. Robert

Very satisfied! I have previously visited the volvo dealer 6 times and had spent around 4k on parts and labor that was not fixing the issue. On top of that, new issues were arising after every visit. I looked online for a local shop and found RN Motors in Sanford. Best thing I ever did.! Very courteous, knowledgeable and forthright. My 2001 Volvo V70 is running terrific with no "check engine" lights for the first time in a long time! Oh yeah, they do have a 10% military discount so don't forget to ask about it. Great Job RN!! Thank you. I'm going to go knock on wood now.

The guys do a really good job but the mice who made a home in my filters (that were replaced) are not happy about being evicted (heehee).
