Very professional, courteous service. Wonderful family owned business. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had in a manner I could understand. I learned a lot about my vehicle while I was there. I would highly recommend this establishment if you have any automotive needs. They got to work on our car as soon as we dropped it off at our appointment time, the car did not sit there half the day like so many other shops. Seemed very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed a weird and complex warning light problem with our ten year old VW. Frankly we were expecting to have to leave the car a couple of days, so were pleasantly surprised when they had the car ready to pick up by mid-afternoon. We’ll be using RN Motors from now on for our VW service. Thanks guys!

First time we’ve used RN Motor. Very happy with them. Seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Friendly and respectful. We were expecting to have to leave the car a couple days, so were surprised that we got it back by the same afternoon. RN will be our shop for our VW Passat from now on.
