Searched for a place to take my BMW to be aligned and for a tire rotation, thinking I may need new tires. Found R&N online, read all the great reviews from previous customers and decided to give them a shot. From drop off to pick up, my first time experience was great! The staff kept me informed throughout the day and the technician even gave me a call prior to beginning any work on my vehicle. Being able to pay online and having the keys left for me after the shop closed was very convenient. Will definitely be returning for all my future BMW needs and will most certainly be recommending R&N to everyone. Thank you!! :)

When I need work done on my aging auto, I am always confident that R & N will do a great job in getting me back "on the road". Robert is always courteous and very to the point when explaining what needs to be done. Prices are certainly affordable. I am happy I found R & N.
