I was pleasantly surprised at the courteous nature of my treatment as a new customer . Not only was I treated with respect personally but the extra step taken to offer me the service of picking up my truck & returning it when done has not gone unnoticed nor unappreciated . . My old shop would provide that service but only after I ask for it and at their convenience . Maybe the most interesting part is all this service was done and my bill was less than $100.00 . . R&N has the most amazing customer service! My car was towed there after a botched (and very dangerous) tire balancing job from another company. I was a first time customer and each employee treated me like I've been going there for years. Once I arrived, Robert Crawford listened to my issue and personally drove me back to work. The staff did a great job fixing my car! My car's never run better. I'm very pleased with R&N Motors. I plan to use their services in the future.
