We purchased a used car in really great shape, except the headlight lenses were cloudy. It was a detail that 'aged' the car, and we wanted it fixed. On a previous visit to R and N, it had been mentioned that they could recondition the lenses. We arranged to leave them the car and later that afternoon picked it up to find lenses that looked almost brand new! We were thrilled with the outcome!

R&N has the best customer service and care of anyone around. I have been using their services for a couple years now and when I do, I know my vehicle is in good hands. Their staff is extremely professional and courteous.

They were extremely accommodating to my needs and made sure that I understood every possible problem and solution before any work was done. The staff are experienced, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else now that I have had the R and N experience.

I like the fact that you have a BMW trained technician and you use parts and fluids that meet BMW specs. That is important to me. Also you are local, which is a bonus. Very friendly staff made dealing with you a pleasure. Prices were reasonable by BMW repair standards.
